President, ITT Night Vision
W. Michael (Mike) Hayman is the President of ITT’s Night Vision Value Center, the world leader in the production of night vision equipment, image intensifier tubes, intensified imaging systems, pocket scopes and weapon sights for military and commercial applications.
Mr. Hayman joined Night Vision from ITT's Aerospace/Communications Division (A/CD), where he previously served as Vice President & Director of Operations.
Mr. Hayman has 33 years of service with various production and development divisions including North Electric Co., Alcatel N.A. and ITT Telecom. Prior to serving as Vice President & Director of Operations at A/CD, he served as its Value-Based Six Sigma Program Champion, spearheading cost reduction and process improvement programs for the division.
