ITT's Specialty Plastics business unit is U.S. Coast Guard approved as a supplier of advanced composite piping systems for marine and offshore oil platform applications. Founded in 1973 to provide sales and service of industrial fiberglass pipe and equipment, ITT developed its FIBERBOND® advanced composite piping systems in 1981. The company is recognized as a world leader in the development, fabrication, and installation of advanced composite pipe systems, with a manufacturing facility in Louisiana and a licensed manufacturer in Malaysia.
