ITT employees are rewarded for going "above and beyond" with these award programs.

The Harold S. Geneen Awards Program is the highest corporate recognition provided to employees of ITT. The program recognizes company employees worldwide who have produced outstanding results through creative programs or achievements involving teamwork, imagination or unique application of skills.

The ITT Best Practices Symposium provides the opportunity for ITT employees to be honored by sharing their "Best Practices" with the rest of the company.

The continual sharing and applying of Best Practices is a cornerstone of continuous process improvement and will be critical to ITT' future success in adding significant value to the overall company.

The Ring of Quality award recognizes those teams or individuals whose contributions to the quality of products and services is recognized as the standard of quality by fellow employees. The Ring of Quality program provides prestigious recognition of employees who have shown commitment and leadership in quality.

Patents and Innovations

One of the exciting dimensions of ITT is the opportunity to be at the leading edge of technical innovation. We are home to many scientists and engineers who provide a tremendous breadth of intellectual property to the enterprise for their inventions, patents, and other types of discoveries. Backed by a strong investment in research and development, ITT employees are literally inventing products and services that are engineered for life. In keeping with our philosophy of recognizing achievements, we reward employees for certain kinds of patents and innovations. 

ESH Leadership Awards

As part of ITT' mission to develop a world class ESH program, we have established the ESH Leadership Awards. This award recognizes ESH program accomplishments by plants, teams or individual employees. We have a proud history in ESH, and this Corporate-level award is dedicated to important ESH accomplishments by fellow employees.

Service Awards

In addition to the many award programs through which you may be recognized as an employee your service to ITT will be formally acknowledged every five years with a gift you personally select from catalog of options.
